ADNOC Board of Directors

His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, issued a resolution in his capacity as Chairman of the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs to form the Board of Directors of ADNOC chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces.

The Board members are:

H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan
H.E. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber
H.E. Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak
H.E. Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Almazrouei
H.E. Jassem Mohammed Al Zaabi
H.E. Suhail Mohammed Al Mazrouei
H.E. Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh
H.E. Eng. Awaidha Murshed Al Marar

The Board of Directors will set ADNOC’s overall strategy, business plan and budget, and oversee their implementation.
